All diploma frames are individually made to your institution’s specifications or to your own requirements. Since each frame is customized, please allow 7-10 business days (outside of normal graduation season), plus UPS transit time.

Our normal shipping method is UPS Ground. We strongly recommend shipment to a business address, or to a location where delivery may be received during normal business hours. UPS always requires a street address for delivery purposes and will not deliver to PO boxes.
Shipping rates will vary depending on location and/or delivery service requested. While placing your order, you will have the ability to choose the delivery service required, and will be provided with the appropriate shipping charge at that time.
For expedited or international shipping options, please select the appropriate service level during the ordering process.
Our diploma frames are shipped in custom boxes that have been tested and approved by UPS. All shipments are fully insured. If the frame is damaged while in transit to you, please call our customer service at (800) 561-6510 to report the damage and to request a timely pick-up and prompt product replacement.
